DEAN'S MESSAGE
Honorable Hacettepe Medical Members, Under the leadership Prof. Dr. İhsan Doğramacı, M.D. honorary presidents, Hacettepe University paves the way towards “Excellence”. Nowadays, we celebrate the 43 rd anniversary of Faculty of Medicine and 40 th anniversary of the University. I whole heartily thank former president, deans, teaching staff and students for their invaluable services.
Today, Hacettepe University, Faculty of Medicine continues to be an exemplary institution by bringing innovation to new scientific and education techniques. Besides this, six new medical faculties were founded by the efforts of Hacettepe. Up to date 9490 physicians graduated, 3944 specialist degree awarded and eminent medical journals publish approximately 660 SSI manuscripts of our members. The above points clearly depicts that Hacettepe, Faculty of Medicine is the pioneer and most preferred institution in every detail. According to the results of OSS (Central Examination for Students) 20 out of 100, 133 out of 500 and 246 out of 1000 students preferred this institution.
Dear Students, You have achieved and promoted to be a member of this institution with utmost effort and perseverance since primary school. University not only give professional skills but tries to assess your readiness to life. The graduates of this institution will seize good communication and research skills, distinguish home land and the world, to adopt principles and thoughts of great hero Atatürk. To achieve these standards, we should work hard and promote the institution and our country to “Advancement for excellence”
